Tide network supports carers of people with dementia
We run sessions on weekdays, evenings and weekends so hopefully, there will be a time to suit your needs. All sessions are currently being run online and support is available to get you up and running.
Penumbra - Self-Harm Awareness Training
Training offers participants the opportunity to learn ways to support someone who harms. The training objectives are: - Defining and understanding Self-Harm, causes and recognising self-harm, what is the function of Self-Harm? Self-Harm and Suicide, responding to someone who Self-Harms and self help and where to find it.
Monday – Friday 10am – 5pm. No referral needed, just call or email the service.

Emergency Response/Support for Parents/Emotional Wellbeing
Helping parents or guardians on low income or benefits and are struggling to provide the essentials for your baby or child from birth to 2 years old.
Offer a confidential service providing clean and safety-checked donated; baby clothes, toys, nappies, toiletries, prams, push chairs, high chairs, cots, moses baskets and other items all free of charge.
Baby items are delivered to your door in line with Covid-19 government guidelines.
