This year our strategy focused on three main priorities: inequality, accessibility and connectivity. As a result, we've focused our support on activities that help people to connect with each other, that support communities to take greater control of what happens in their lives, and that make services and opportunities more accessible to the people of Moray.
Wherever possible we support and encourage peer learning and mutual exchange to build capacity. We hope that by empowering people to take in strengthening their communities we can deliver a greater impact and more sustainable future for Moray's third sector.
Measuring our impact is an essential way to keep our partners, funders and stakeholders informed about the effectiveness of our work. We use these evaluations and reports to help us know what works well and to continuously improve our services.
We use an information management system and many other evaluation tools and techniques to measure our impact.
