Don Vass
Chair
Member of the steering group which set up tsiMORAY and Chair since its establishment. An effective facilitator, he has led the development of tsiMORAY as an effective representative for the local third sector.

Shelia Erskine
Director
Children’s Services Manager for Action for Children Scotland. Experience in working across a range of social work and social care settings with children and families from a diverse range of backgrounds.

Anne Lindsay
Deputy Chair
Deputy Chair with key interests in education, children and young people, community planning and engagement. Key skills and expertise in governance, risk management, policy development, strategic and operational planning.

Andrew Anderson
Director
Retired Head of Partnerships at HIE Moray and Head of Community Land Unit for HIE, with experience of multi-partner projects involving the public/private and third sectors, community ownership and economic development.

Irena Paterson
Director
Years of experience dealing with such diverse issues as health and social care, elderly and disabilities. Involvement in Moray from the days of setting up the PPF and Better Community Engagement to the Health and Social Care Partnership.

Ann Davidson
Project Coordinator
Ann is a Project Coordinator for Carbon Neutral Communities test of change project. Carbon Neutral Communities will work with groups to co-create a vision for what a positive carbon-neutral life might look like in Moray.

Barbara Wilson
Administrator
Barbara is usually the first person people speak with when they contact us. She provides administrative support to the team. She is the hub of our organisation

Jackie Maclaren
Leadership Team
Jackie and Fabio both lead the strategic development of the organisation and third sector participation in community planning as well as managing and overseeing the development and delivery of our activities. They divide their time between managing funded work and developing new income streams.

Elidh Brown
Partnership Development Lead
Elidh splits her time between tsiMORAY and Findhorn Bay Arts. She supports and promotes partnership working in the third sector. She also runs our Health & Wellbeing and Children & Young People Forum.

Fabio Villani
Leadership Team

Gill Bird
Community Support Coordinator
Gill is our lead on the Hospital Homecoming Project - a test of change community discharge project funded by the NHS Charities Together Fund. Gill is presently liaising with community groups in Aberlour, Forres and Lossiemouth, and volunteers to see how they can help patients coming home from hospital.

Susan Davies
Third Sector Development Officer
Sue focuses on supporting volunteers and volunteer involving organisations, and supporting groups to develop their entrepreneurship, particularly in relation to employability. A big agenda and the energy to match!

Jake Jay-Lewin
Project Coordinator
Jake is a Project Coordinator for tsiMORAY's Communities Priorities test of change project. Communities Priorities will engage with communities across Moray to explore what people want to achieve in a just and green renewal.

Rachel is a Project Coordinator for tsiMORAY's Communities Priorities and Carbon Neutral Communities test of change projects.
